Part-Time Sales Administrator

  • 10am-4pm Monday-Friday (Part-Time)
  •  £21,000 per annum + performance & yearly bonus
  • Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Administrator to join our team in Woodford Green. This role is crucial for supporting B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on CRM usage, upselling, and reviving dormant customer accounts across the UK and Europe. Must be Fluent in Urdu or Hindi; proficiency in English.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage inbound and outbound B2B customer calls.
  • Process sales orders and book customer transport.
  • Utilise CRM systems to track customer activity, identify opportunities, and manage accounts.
  • Upsell additional and under-ordered product lines.
  • Reactivate inactive customer accounts through structured follow-ups and offers.
  • Communicate special offers, promotions, and out-of-stock items to customers.
  • Update customer records and sales data using Sage 50.
  • Respond to customer emails via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Support EDI (Electronic Data Invoicing) for key accounts.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer service, or B2B sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage 50 (Line 50) – required.
  • Experience using CRM systems for customer management and sales activity.
  • Fluent in Urdu or Hindi; proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and upselling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

  • Experience in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environments.
  • Proven experience reactivating dormant accounts and driving repeat business.
