We built Works Well to fix that. We partner with employers who genuinely offer flexible, school-hours-compatible, term-time and remote roles, and connect them with the talented, experienced, motivated parents who are ready to work within those patterns.
Our Mission
To make flexible working the norm, not the exception. We believe that professional parents, the majority of whom are women, shouldn't have to choose between their careers and their children.
