Job responsibilities
We welcome applicants from throughout Gloucestershire and but are particularly interested in applicants from Cheltenham and Gloucester, Cirencester, North Cotswolds, Stroud Valleys, Forest of Dean and South Gloucestershire.
Successful applicants will be invited for interview on 1st,2nd and 3rd September at Staverton Ambulance Station, Commerce Rd, Gloucester GL2 9QJ
Successful candidates will be invited to attend a two day training course late September/early October, dates to be confirmed.

Essential
- Ability to drive to pre-arranged training sessions using your own vehicle or a Trust Community Response Vehicle.
- Ability to communicate effectively to groups of people.
- Positive outlook
- Good time management.
- Ability to interact with people from a diverse cultural and social background
- Emotionally intelligent and able to deal with sensitive subjects in a empathetic manner.
Desirable
- Previous training in Basic Life Support - it does not matter if you are a bit rusty - we can update you!
- Experience in dealing with a range of age and social groups.
- Good time management.
