I GOT THE JOB! 3 days a week, school hours, hybrid. I start in 3 weeks. I applied to SchoolGate and had an offer within 2 weeks. Honestly couldn't believe it. Thank you everyone for the CV advice on here!
First interview in 4 years today and I didn't cry! That's my win for this week. They seemed really positive. Fingers crossed!
Had a second interview for a part-time marketing role I really want. The company has two kids on the leadership team and were completely relaxed about school hours. Felt like a different world from some of the other interviews I've had.
