"The Career Contessa" is excellent — practical advice for women navigating careers. "WorkLife with Adam Grant" is also great for a wider perspective on work and purpose.
"How I Built This" is brilliant for motivation and thinking about what you actually want from work. Not specifically about job searching but it really fires you up.
"The Diary of a CEO" — some episodes are very relevant to careers and confidence. Plus it's great for the school run as the episodes are long enough to last the whole journey there and back!
For specifically UK-focused careers content, "The Squiggly Careers Podcast" by Amazing If is really good. Lots of practical tools.
