Aside from SchoolGate (obviously!) are there other job boards specifically for flexible working you'd recommend? I'm finding the big generalist sites like Indeed overwhelming.
Timewise Jobs is brilliant — specifically for part-time and flexible roles, lots of quality employers. Flexa is good for remote-first companies. Workingmums.co.uk has been around forever and still has good listings.
For senior roles specifically, Mumsnet Jobs and Women Returners job board are worth a look. Also check LinkedIn with the 'flexible' filter on — it's improved a lot.
Reed has a decent filter for part-time. Also don't overlook local Facebook groups — lots of small businesses advertise school-hours admin and support roles there that never make it onto the big boards.
